    Manager Management Development Programs (MDP) & Executive Development Programs (EDP)Location: Thiagarajar School of Management (TSM), MaduraiExperience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role in academia or corporate trainingQualification: Postgraduate degree in Management or related fieldKey Responsibilities: Design, develop, and manage MDP and EDP initiatives for executives and professionals. Collaborate with faculty, industry experts, and corporate partners to curate high-impact programs. Drive participant engagement, outreach, and corporate tie-ups to enhance program reach. Oversee program logistics, budgeting, and execution to ensure seamless delivery. Monitor feedback and performance metrics to enhance program effectiveness. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong industry connections and corporate engagement skills. Experience in program development, marketing, and execution. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
