Job Description

As a Business Analyst (BA), you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and the technical team. Your primary responsibilities will include gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and ensuring the seamless execution of projects through effective documentation and collaboration.- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.- Create detailed BRD (Business Requirement Document), SRS (System Requirement Specification), and other necessary documentation.- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into functional specifications.- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and serve as a liaison between business and development teams.- Utilize tools such as JIRA and Confluence for project tracking, backlog management, and fostering collaboration.- Conduct market research, workflow analysis, and identify areas for process improvements.- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and ensure timely delivery of projects.- Prepare reports, presentations, and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software development projects.- Strong understanding of requirement gathering, documentation (BRD/SRS), and workflow analysis.- Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies and hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office.- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and drive project success.
