The role involves generating new business, promoting vehicle loan products, building relationships with customers and dealer partners, and achieving assigned sales targets through field sales activities.Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business by promoting and selling vehicle loan products to individual and business customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicle loan solutions.
• Guide customers through the loan application process and ensure all required documents are collected and verified.
• Coordinate with automobile dealers and channel partners for smooth loan processing, approvals, and vehicle delivery.
• Keep customers informed about their loan application status and resolve their queries promptly.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain compliance with bank policies, lending guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and business updates.
• Stay informed about vehicle loan products, market trends, and competitor offerings.
• Work closely with credit, underwriting, and loan processing teams to ensure timely loan approvals and disbursements.
Eligibility Criteria
• Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Freshers and candidates with 0-3 years of experience in Sales, Banking, or Financial Services are eligible to apply.

Preferred Candidate Profile
