Aurolab manufactures high-quality ophthalmic consumables including Intraocular Lenses, Pharmaceutical products, Surgical sutures and equipments, Surgical blades, and other related health care products. Our primary focus is on ophthalmic products, but we are diversifying into other health care areas as well. All our products comply with US FDA, EU GMP, WHO GMP norms and are exported to 130 countries worldwide.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Recruiter. The Senior Human Resources Recruiter will be responsible for leading full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various positions. They will also be responsible for creating job descriptions, evaluating recruitment metrics, and participating in talent acquisition strategy planning.Qualifications Experience in full-cycle. recruiting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to evaluate recruitment metrics and provide recommendations for improvement Strong organizational and time-management skills Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field Professional certification in HR or recruiting is a plusExperience in healthcare industry and knowledge of labor laws and regulations would be beneficial for this role,
