Job Description

    Design solutions to drive safe living and quality of lifeBe part of a team that designs, develops and integrates highly complex software functions within Honeywell. You will also generate innovative solutions in work situations; trying different and novel ways to deal with problems and opportunities.Key Responsibilities Overall 3 years of experience in software product development Should have experience into .Net C#, ASP.NET,JSON,SQL Server,.NET framework 4.8 , .NET 8,ASP.NET MVC, JQuery, React ,HTML CSS Experience in leading medium to large software development agile teams to achieve business outcome within given constraints Experience in deploying SDLC best practices to achieve engineering goals with measurable outcomes, ability to identify & remove waste is desirable Experience in deploying visual & metrics-based management practices in agile teams for effective scope, quality & schedule management in collaboration with business & functional stakeholders Experience in working Agile teams & SAFe release trains is a plus Should be self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects Strong verbal and written communication skills is a must Experience in People management is desirable Understanding of architecture & design principles, business requirement management will be preferred Experience with security systems will be a plusHTSIND2024YOU MUST HAVE Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematicsWE VALUE Understanding various software development lifecycle Demonstrate the ability to develop efficient and high quality software Knowledge of software configuration management and change management practices Diverse and global teaming and collaboration Effective communicator Can quickly analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts Ability to consistently make timely decisions even in the face of complexity, balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience Some relevant experienceAdditional Information JOB ID: HRD245486 Category: Engineering Exempt,
