Job description textile designerThis position requires thorough understanding of Textile design with minimum 1 years experience in an Export House of Home Textiles.To conceptualize and design Soft Home Furnishing products like, Decorative Cushions cover, Placemat, pot holder, kitchen towel, Table Linen etc. for exports.Work proficiently on computers to design and make CADS with Adobe Photoshop, etc.Forecast colours, trends and designs for export markets and should be able to understand buyer s requirements, prepare samples / product development and ensure that it is done timely.Should be a good organizer, proactive willing team player having an eye for detail and an even temperament.Have good command in written and spoken English.Additional knowledge of Office applications like Excel, Word, Outlook will be welcome.Candidates should hold a degree or diploma from NIFT, or any other reputed institute.
