Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adolescents, providing psychological assessments, therapy, and support to help them overcome developmental challenges.Key Responsibilities:*Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for children and adolescents.*Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.*Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.*Collaborate with other professionals, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educators, to provide holistic care.*Monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.*Provide counseling and support to families to help them understand and manage their childs condition.*Stay updated on the latest research and techniques in child psychology and developmental disorders.*Participate in team meetings and contribute to case discussions.Qualifications:*UG/PG degree in Clinical Psychology from a recognized institution.*Strong knowledge of developmental disorders and evidence-based treatment methods.*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.*Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.*Empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in child development.
