We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Pediatric Speech and Language Pathologists to join our team. As a Pediatric SLP at KALARAVA, you will specialize in assessing and treating communication and swallowing disorders in children. The responsibilities of this role include:*Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, and swallowing disorders in pediatric patients.*Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address each childs specific needs.*Providing therapy sessions to improve speech, language, and swallowing abilities in a child-friendly and engaging manner.*Collaborating with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and progress monitoring.*Utilizing a variety of therapy techniques and materials to facilitate language development and improve communication skills.*Educating parents and caregivers on strategies and activities to enhance speech and language development at home.*Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.*Staying updated with the latest research and best practices in pediatric speech language pathology.*We currently have 4 vacancies in Udupi and 2 vacancies in Mangalore for the position of Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist.
