As an Insurance Sales Professional, you will play a critical role in driving our insurance business through strategic partnerships with banks and channel networks.Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank staff (Banca / Broka / channel) or channel partners.
• Promote and sell life/general insurance products to potential customers.
• Achieve sales targets through effective lead generation and customer engagement.
• Provide post-sales service and build long-term customer relationships.
• Train and motivate bank/channel partners to generate consistent business.
• Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and compliance requirements.
Who Were Looking For:
• Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• Experience:
  • Minimum 1-3 years in insurance sales (Life/Health/General)
  • Experience in banca broka or agency/channel sales is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-driven with a passion for sales and customer service.
• Local language proficiency is a plus.
