Job Description

    Role Overview:You should have at least 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master and have managed at least 2 projects in the data domain where Scrum was utilized. It is important that you are well-versed with the Agile Culture and possess a thorough understanding of the Scrum framework. Your ability to create self-organizing teams with a Servant Leader mindset will be crucial. Additionally, you should be capable of engaging with clients, writing user stories in the absence of a Product Owner, or guiding the PO if the team includes one. Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Redmine, and Trello is essential for this role.Key Responsibilities:- Manage Scrum processes and ceremonies effectively for projects in the data domain- Foster an Agile Culture within the team and ensure adherence to the Scrum framework- Facilitate the creation of self-organizing teams with a Servant Leader mindset- Engage with clients and write user stories when necessary- Guide the Product Owner in refining user stories- Utilize tools like JIRA, Redmine, and Trello efficientlyQualifications Required:- CSM certification is preferred- Knowledge of different Agile Frameworks is advantageous- Google cloud certifications would be beneficial- Experience as a Developer or QA for at least 2 years is desired- Exposure to Cloud Technologies is considered an added advantage(Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.),
