Job Description

As an experienced and innovative Cloud Leader for the UI/UX Design team, your role will involve guiding a team of designers to create intuitive, engaging, and user-centered designs for applications and websites. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements and translate them into compelling design solutions. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in mentoring and developing your team while fostering a creative and collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of UI/UX designers, providing guidance and feedback on design projects.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business objectives.- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.- Ensure consistency in design across different platforms and maintain design standards.- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance the design process.- Present design concepts and proposals to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.- Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and user-centric design within the team.Skills and Tools Required:- Strong expertise in UI/UX design principles and methodologies.- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.- Familiarity with prototyping tools like InVision or Adobe XD.- Experience with user research techniques and usability testing.- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.- Leadership skills with experience in team management and mentoring.Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.- 8 years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a team lead role.- A robust portfolio showcasing your design work and process.,
