    Profile - Marketing Executive/ AdvisorDepartment - Admission & MarketingPosition Overview: We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team at CGC Jhanjeri. The Marketing Executive will play a key role in promoting the universitys programs, initiatives, and brand to prospective students, parents, alumni, and other stakeholders. This position requires strong marketing skills, digital proficiency, and the ability to execute integrated marketing campaigns effectively.Key Responsibilities:Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategiesTo visit and Conduct Seminars , workshops and various marketing drives at different school, education institute , tuition centerOrganize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional eventsConduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition venturesInitiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedicationWrite copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material etc.)Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activitiesMonitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performanceCollaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expensesRequirements and skillsProven experience as marketing executive or similar roleGood understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methodsThorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practicesProficient in MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends)Excellent communication and people skillsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesCreativity and commercial awarenessBSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant disciplineRequired Skills and Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably within the education sector or a related field.Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and convey complex information clearly.Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) and CRM systems.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Additional Requirements:Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.Knowledge of higher education admissions processes and enrollment management.Experience in organizing and promoting events is preferredJob Type: Full-timeBenefits: Cell phone reimbursementSchedule: Day shift Morning shiftPerformance bonusExperience: total work: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: In person,
