Job Description

Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and dedicated *Physiotherapist* to join our team at Kanag Hospital, a leading ENT hospital. The ideal candidate will have experience in physiotherapy, particularly in managing vestibular disorders, post-surgical rehabilitation, and related ENT conditions. The role involves assessing, diagnosing, and providing treatment plans tailored to patient needs to improve mobility, balance, and overall quality of life.Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and assess patients with ENT-related conditions such as vertigo, dizziness, balance disorders, and post-operative rehabilitation.- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.- Perform vestibular rehabilitation therapy (VRT) for patients with balance disorders.- Provide physiotherapy support for conditions like Bells palsy, TMJ dysfunction, and post-surgical care.- Educate patients on exercises and techniques to enhance recovery.- Collaborate with ENT specialists, audiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.- Maintain accurate patient records and track progress.- Stay updated with the latest advancements in physiotherapy treatments for ENT-related conditions.Requirements:- Bachelors or Masters degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.- Valid [State/National] Physiotherapy License.- Experience in treating vestibular and ENT-related conditions preferred.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits: Provident FundSchedule: Day shiftPerformance bonusWork Location: In person,
