If you have a passion for success, excellent communication skills, and a strong background in relationship management, we want to hear from you!Qualifications And Skills 7-10 years of experience in business relationship management, preferably in the life insurance industry Proven track record of successful client acquisition and retention Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions Knowledge of the branch operations and processes Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Bachelors degree in business administration or a related fieldRoles And Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the client base Understand the needs of clients and provide them with suitable life insurance products and services Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay up-to-date with industry developments Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the branch,
