This is a full-time, on-site role that requires the CMO to oversee all medical operations and ensure seamless functioning of the hospital. The CMO will lead critical areas such as medicine, utilization management, medical affairs, managed care, and strategic planning. Reporting directly to the Management of the hospital, the CMO will play a pivotal role in shaping healthcare delivery and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities: Oversee all medical services and ensure adherence to the highest standards of patient care. Lead utilization management and optimize resource allocation. Manage medical affairs and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Strategize and implement plans for managed care and healthcare improvement. Provide leadership to medical staff and foster a collaborative environment. Act as a key decision-maker in hospital operations alongside the ManagementQualifications: Expertise in Medicine, Utilization Management, and Medical Affairs. Strong skills in Managed Care and Strategic Planning. Proven experience in healthcare administration. Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. MD or an equivalent degree with board certification, or substantial experience in the healthcare industry.Eligibility: Retired professionals from senior healthcare department roles such as Medical Superintendent, Chief Medical Officer, Director of Medical Services, or other senior-level positions with extensive experience in hospital administration and management.
