Sales Transactions: Process sales, issue receipts, and handle cash, credit, or debit transactions. Product Knowledge: Provide detailed information about products, including features, pricing, and availability. Inventory Management: Keep track of stock levels, restock items as needed, and inform management of any shortages. Order Processing: Handle customer orders, including special orders or bulk purchases, and ensure timely delivery or pickup. Complaint Resolution: Address customer queries, complaints, or concerns, and escalate issues when necessary. Merchandising: Maintain the appearance of the sales counter, display items attractively, and ensure shelves are well-stocked and organized.
