Job Description

    Requirements: - -Only Female candidate required . Manage the Directors calendar, schedule meetings, and appointments. Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and prepare expense reports. Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Director. Assist in planning and coordinating marketing projects and campaigns. Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets. Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure project milestones are met. Organize and prepare for meetings, including creating agendas, compiling presentation materials, and taking minutes. Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion. Draft, proofread, and edit documents, reports, and presentations. Manage communication flow between the Marketing Director and other departments or external . Conduct market research and gather data to support marketing initiatives. Prepare reports for the Director. Assist in planning and executing marketing events, trade shows, and conferences. Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and attendee communication. Assist in managing the marketing budget, processing invoices, and tracking expenditures. Ensure financial documentation is accurate and up to date. Maintain and update contact lists, customer databases, and records. Ensure data integrity and manage CRM systems. Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times. Perform other related duties as required by the Director. * Requirements: - Any Graduate / Post Graduate Experience of Minimum 3 years in Relevant field. Strong organisational skills, Attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite), Excellent communication skills, good understanding of marketing concepts are also important.
