Job Description

Full job description- Coordinate international shipments of auto parts and vehicles from order placement to final delivery. Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation. Plan and monitor shipment schedules, ensuring deadlines and customer expectations are met. Prepare and manage export documentation such as Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Certificates of Origin, Packing Lists, and export licenses. Ensure compliance with international trade laws, Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and Customs regulations. Maintain up-to-date records for audits and customs inspections. Communicate with international clients and distributors regarding shipping schedules, documentation, and requirements. Resolve any issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies in shipments. Coordinate with production, warehouse, and sales teams to align export schedules with inventory availability. Negotiate shipping rates with freight forwarders and carriers to optimize cost-efficiency. Use any software and logistics software to manage orders, shipments, and inventory. Generate reports on shipping performance, lead times, and export compliance.
