Job Description

    A factory manager, also known as a production manager, oversees the day-to-day operations of a factory or manufacturing facility. Their responsibilities include: Production: Managing production planning, scheduling, and quality control. Team management: Hiring, training, and supervising production employees. Safety: Ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and that the factory is in compliance with all relevant regulations. Cost control: Estimating manufacturing costs and identifying ways to reduce them. Production reporting: Preparing production reports for senior management.
