As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for various marketing and promotional materials. This is a full-time position with a junior level experience requirement of 1 to 3 years.Qualifications And Skills Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a portfolio showcasing creative and visually appealing designs. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools. Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and layout principles. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate design concepts and ideas. Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality. Knowledge of print production processes and specifications. Experience in creating designs for digital platforms and social media is a plus.Roles And Responsibilities Create visually appealing and engaging designs for various marketing and promotional materials including brochures, flyers, banners, social media posts, and website graphics. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and develop design concepts that align with the companys brand identity and marketing objectives. Contribute to the overall visual communication strategy by offering innovative design ideas and solutions. Translate design briefs into impactful visual designs while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and design standards. Work with printers and other vendors to ensure high-quality production and timely delivery of the final designs. Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and software tools to continuously enhance design skills and knowledge. Maintain a clear and organized design file library for easy access and retrieval of design assets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.,
