Our expertise in data-driven energy solutions helps utilities enhance efficiency, reduce losses, and improve customer satisfaction.Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Hardware Manager to oversee the monitoring, tracking, and inventory management of hardware assets used in billing & MRI operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the availability, functionality, and security of all hardware, including MRI devices, handheld billing equipment, laptops, desktops, printers, and networking peripherals.Key Responsibilities: Hardware Asset Management: Maintain a centralized database of all hardware assets, including MRI devices, billing terminals, and IT equipment. Tracking & Monitoring: Implement tracking systems for hardware allocation, usage, and returns to ensure optimal utilization and prevent losses. Inventory Management: Develop and maintain an efficient inventory system for spare parts, consumables, and replacements to minimize downtime. Maintenance & Repairs: Oversee routine maintenance and coordinate with vendors for repairs and servicing of MRI & billing hardware. Procurement & Vendor Management: Collaborate with procurement teams to source, purchase, and negotiate vendor contracts for hardware procurement and maintenance. Security & Compliance: Ensure hardware assets comply with IT security policies and are protected against unauthorized use or data breaches. Reports & Documentation: Prepare inventory reports, usage logs, and maintenance records for audits and business planning. Team Coordination: Work closely with IT, operations, and field teams to ensure smooth hardware deployment and troubleshooting.Key Skills & Requirements: 5 years of experience in hardware asset management, inventory tracking, and IT hardware maintenance, preferably in the billing & MRI industry. Strong knowledge of MRI devices, handheld billing machines, IT hardware, and networking peripherals. Proficiency in inventory management software and Excel (Advanced Level) for data tracking. Experience in vendor coordination, procurement, and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to troubleshoot hardware issues and coordinate repairs. Knowledge of IT security policies and compliance standards.Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in IT, Electronics, or a related field. Certification in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) or IT Asset Management (ITAM) is a plus.
