Job Description

    Position Title: HR Specialist for ITLocation: Meerut (UP)Department: Human Capital DepartmentReports To: CHROEmployment Type: Full-timeJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to lead and manage all human resources functions for our IT & Software organization (https://www.dayalinfosystems.com). The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the companys goals and foster a positive work environment. This role involves overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations in a dynamic and fast-paced IT setting.Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top IT talent. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of open positions. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and resolve employee relations issues promptly and effectively. Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and a culture of respect and inclusion. Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and implement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and morale. Performance Management: Oversee the performance review process, ensuring consistency and alignment with company objectives. Provide guidance to managers on setting performance goals, giving feedback, and conducting performance evaluations. Implement and manage employee development programs to support career growth and skill enhancement. Compensation and Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring market competitiveness and alignment with company strategy. Conduct periodic reviews of compensation structures to ensure equity and competitiveness. Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Coordinate and deliver training sessions on topics such as compliance, leadership, and soft skills. Support leadership development initiatives and succession planning efforts. HR Operations and Systems: Manage HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR-related software to streamline HR processes. Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to provide insights for decision-making. Continuously seek opportunities to improve HR processes, efficiency, and service delivery.Qualifications/Eligibilities Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred). 10 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role, preferably in the IT industry. Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and regulations. Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Preferred Skills Experience with IT-specific HR challenges such as tech talent acquisition and retention. Knowledge of agile methodologies and their impact on HR practices.,
