    We are hiring for our client - Agrsoft Solutions.OverviewThe HR and Admin Trainee plays a critical role in supporting the Human Resources and Administration departments within the organization. This entry-level position is designed for individuals seeking to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and general office administration. The HR and Admin Trainee will work closely with HR professionals to learn fundamental practices and processes while contributing to a positive work environment. By assisting with various administrative functions, the trainee will help streamline HR initiatives and ensure compliance with organizational policies. This role is integral to fostering effective communication and collaboration across departments, facilitating the overall growth and development of the workforce. Ideal candidates are proactive, willing to learn, and possess a strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources and Administration. This position not only offers valuable experience but also provides the opportunity to develop essential skills necessary for success in the HR field.Key Responsibilities Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements and screening applications. Support onboarding procedures for new hires, including documentation and orientation. Maintain employee records and update HR databases accurately. Coordinate training sessions and assist in employee development initiatives. Prepare and distribute HR-related communications and reports. Participate in employee engagement activities and events. Help maintain a positive workplace culture through effective communication channels. Conduct research on HR best practices and trends for process improvements. Support performance appraisal processes and track employee progress. Assist in managing office supplies and inventory for the administration department. Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and managing calendars. Maintain office filing systems and ensure documentation is organized. Support compliance with labor laws and organizational policies. Assist with other HR and administrative projects as required.Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Basic understanding of HR concepts and functions. Experience in an internship or part-time role in HR or administration is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work setting. Time management skills and the ability to multitask. Problem-solving skills with a focus on improving processes. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with diverse groups. Familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems is a plus. Basic knowledge of labor laws and regulations is desirable. Positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to the team.
