Job Description

    Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)Location: MeerutJob Summary:As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will work closely with senior leadership and department heads to align business objectives with HR initiatives. You will be a strategic partner in driving organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, talent management, and workforce development across the business. This role requires a proactive and solutions-oriented HR professional who can leverage HR expertise to help achieve company goals and foster a positive organizational culture.Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Partnering: Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals. Provide guidance on organizational structure, workforce planning, and talent management to support business growth and transformation. Identify and address HR-related issues that impact business performance and employee satisfaction. Talent Management and Development: Support the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top talent. Partner with managers to implement talent development programs that support career growth and leadership succession. Assist with the creation and execution of training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers for HR-related matters, addressing concerns, conflict resolution, and performance management. Ensure fair and consistent application of policies and procedures. Support the development and maintenance of a positive, productive, and compliant work environment. Performance Management: Assist in the design and implementation of performance management systems, providing coaching and feedback to managers and employees. Support the review and execution of performance appraisals, ensuring alignment with business needs. Change Management: Lead and support change management initiatives to drive organizational transformation. Ensure smooth transitions during restructuring or other organizational changes by providing strategic HR support. HR Analytics and Reporting: Analyze HR data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement in employee engagement, retention, and performance. Prepare regular HR metrics and reports for management. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure HR practices and policies comply with local labor laws and regulations. Support the implementation of health, safety, and well-being programs.Key Skills and Qualifications: Education: Some relevant experience in a similar industry Knowledge of PPT and excel is must. Experience: Between 6 months to 2 years , with at least 2 years in a business partner or strategic HR role. Skills: Strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and practices. Experience in talent management, performance management, and employee relations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to think strategically and provide innovative HR solutions. Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making. Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Personal Attributes: Strategic thinker with the ability to drive change and influence senior leaders. High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion and professionalism. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
