Ensure network availability and reliability by monitoring performance and resolving issues. System Administration: Perform regular system updates, backups, and disaster recovery operations. Manage network hardware, such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points. Network Security: Identify potential vulnerabilities and implement security measures to safeguard company data. Configure and maintain firewalls and intrusion detection/prevention systems. Technical Support: Provide technical support for internal teams and troubleshoot networking issues efficiently. Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure seamless operation of IT systems. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions.Required Skills In-depth understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs. Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco devices (routers, switches, and firewalls). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members and stakeholders.Educational Qualifications Graduation is a must (B.
