Job Description

Management: Plan, organize, and coordinate projects and operational activities to ensure timely and successful completion. Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing any issues that may impact project or operational outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.Performance Management and Evaluation: Set performance targets and expectations for team members, aligning them with organizational goals. Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback, recognition, and opportunities for development. Address performance issues and implement corrective actions when necessary, following established policies and procedures. Recognize and reward high-performing individuals and promote a culture of continuous improvement.Stakeholder Engagement and Communication: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, conveying project updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations. Present reports, proposals, and recommendations to senior management and other relevant stakeholders. Act as a representative of the organization, promoting its mission, values, and interests.Requirements: Bachelors degree in a relevant field (Masters degree preferred). Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
