Ensure that all activities are carried out as planned, including managing resources and logistics. Address and resolve any operational issues that arise Minimum of two years of experience in operations management, preferably within a nonprofit or NGO setting. Proven experience in administrative management, program coordination, and staff supervision. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in computer typing is must, office software and operational management tools. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
