Job Description

    Job Title: ReceptionistWe are hiring for Receptionist profile for FEMALES only.Should be comfortable for 10 AM to 8 PM Timings.Should be comfortable for SAREE Dress Code.Key Responsibilities: Greeting Visitors: Welcome and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Answering Phones: Handle incoming calls, route them to the appropriate staff, and take messages when necessary. Scheduling Appointments: Manage and coordinate appointment bookings and schedules. Clerical Duties: Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry. Mail Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries. Maintaining Front Desk Area: Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
