    Job Title: PrincipalLocation: IIMT BOARDING SCHOOL, GANGA NAGAR MEERUTJob Type: ContractualExperience: Minimum 15 years of experience in a reputed CBSE boarding school.Benefits: On-campus residence, Food Facility, E.P.F and Free education for wardsSalary: Rs. 50000 to 60000 per monthWe are seeking to appoint an outstanding, well-organized, qualified, and committed candidate to join our school as a Principal. The candidate should be able to support the organization, management, and leadership of the school and to undertake the key duties of a senior leader. The candidate will be expected to use his initiative and judgment within the schools objectives and to demonstrate accountability.Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Principal to develop and implement strategic plans, policies, and procedures for the school. Supervise all the House masters and ensure proper management of the boarding and hostel facilities. Assist in managing day-to-day operations, including scheduling, Hostel facility, house functioning, student discipline, facility management, and budget oversight. Conduct regular meetings with staff, students, and parents to address concerns, communicate school updates, and gather feedback. Supervise academic programs, ensuring alignment with educational standards and best practices. Collaborate with teaching staff to review and develop curriculum, instructional methods, and assessment strategies. Implement strategies to promote a positive and inclusive school culture, fostering a safe and respectful environment for all students. Support professional development initiatives for teachers and staff to enhance their skills and effectiveness in the classroom. Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and assist in identifying training needs for continuous improvement. Foster relationships with parents, community organizations, and stakeholders to promote engagement and support for the schools mission. Coordinate community outreach programs, events, and partnerships that benefit students and the school community.Qualification and Skills: Post Graduate Degree in English or Mathematics. B.Ed. or equivalent teaching certification. Previous experience in an educational leadership role, preferably as an Assistant Principal or in a similar capacity. Strong understanding of educational policies, curriculum development, and instructional methodologies.
