The company caters to various industries, including HVACR, Oil& Gas, Automobiles, Railways, and Defence etc., providing solutions with zero defects and adherence to quality systems.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager at Saru Silver Alloy Private Limited in Meerut,UP,India.Job Responsibility Continuous improvements in all related manufacturing processes, including those related to products, equipment, and product quality for customers. Perform First Article Inspection (FAI) oversight and documentation activities. Calculation of OEE, Loss Analysis and its elimination / reducing plan and execution. Leading production Target in Day/Week/Month Wise. Ensure operation of the plant and machinery as per standard operating procedure (SOP) mandatory. Knowledge of Standards like ISO9001, 14001 and 45001,EN 10204:2004 amongst others. Collaborate with the Supplier Quality / Grinding team in their communication with material suppliers, related to the development and validation of detailed material specifications for new materials, and the resolution of any quality issues. Ability to manage multiple complex projects at once. Overall in-charge of plants, engineering services. Ensuring trouble shooting, safety of the plant (Equipment) & personnel through effective operational- engineering controls, environmental control and implementation of EHS management system.Qualifications Technical Expertise in Metallurgy and Alloy Manufacturing. Previous experience in the metallurgy industry is a plus Has experience in working on hydraulic machine (MUST) Experience in manufacturing processes of brazing alloys such as Silver, Copper, Brass, and Bronze would be preferred.
