Job Description

    Key Responsibilities: Outbound Calls: Make calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases to promote and sell products or services. Inbound Calls: Answer calls from customers and provide information about products, services, or promotions. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through phone conversations. Sales & Upselling: Achieve set sales targets and upsell additional services or products where applicable. Customer Relations: Build rapport with customers and address any concerns or questions they may have. Data Entry: Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system accurately. Follow-Up: Schedule follow-up calls with leads or customers, ensuring that they receive timely communication. Provide Feedback: Report customer insights, concerns, and sales performance to the team leader or manager. Adherence to Scripts: Follow the provided sales scripts or guidelines to ensure consistent and professional communication.Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree may be required for some positions). Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not always required. Skills: Strong verbal communication skills. Persuasion and negotiation abilities.
