Job Description

    Job Opportunity: Customer Support Executive / Data Entry Operator (Mohali)We are hiring for immediate positions! Freshers are welcome to apply.Posts Available: Customer Support Executive/Data Entry OperatorQualification: Higher Secondary School completion or Graduates.Process: International Blended Service (UK-based operations)Salary: 15,000 to 20,000 per monthRole and responsibilities:Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via phone (voice), email, and chat (non-voice)Maintain detailed, organized, and confidential records of all clients within the company systems.Prepare, sort, and organize source documents and information for efficient data entry.Assist in generating basic reports or data summaries as required by the management team.Basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft Excel is essential.Schedule: 9 hrs Shift; 6 days workingNote: Our service is UK-based, requiring 24-hour operation.For female candidates, the shift ends by 9:00 PM.Work Location: Phase 8B, Mohali, Punjab
