Job Description

    Job Title: US Voice Process (Sales & Upselling)Industry: BPO / Call Center Functional Area: Voice / Inbound Process Employment Type: Full-Time Shift Timing: Evening Shift (4:30 PM onwards) Weekly Off: Rotational Off Location:Chandigarh & MohaliJob Overview:We are hiring dynamic and result-oriented Inbound Voice Analysts for our US Process. The candidate will handle inbound customer calls, provide exceptional customer support, and actively promote and upsell products and services to maximize revenue. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong sales mindset.Key Responsibilities:
    • Handle inbound calls from US customers professionally and efficiently.
    • Understand customer requirements through active listening and probing questions.
    • Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and ongoing promotions.
    • Identify sales opportunities and upsell products/services on every call.
    • Handle objections confidently and close sales effectively.
    • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
    • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
    • Maintain updated knowledge of company products and industry trends.
    Eligibility & Requirements:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Prior experience in customer service or sales (US Voice Process preferred).
    • Experience in a call center/BPO environment will be an advantage.
    • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
    • Comfortable working in evening shifts (4:30 PM onwards) with rotational offs.
    Educational Qualification:
    • Bachelors Degree in any discipline (Preferred).
