Job Description

    International Customer Support Voice & Chat Process Location: Mohali / Chandigarh Company: Leading MNC (US Process) Work Days: 5 Days Shift Timing: Night Shift Compensation: Up to 32,000 CTC Incentives Night Allowance Facilities: Cab Service | Health Insurance | Global Work CultureKey Responsibilities:
    • Handle inbound and outbound calls or chats from international customers
    • Resolve queries, complaints, and technical issues in a timely and professional manner
    • Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions
    • Meet performance targets including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
    • Collaborate with internal departments for escalations or follow-ups
    • Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company with professionalism
    Requirements:
    • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (mandatory)
    • Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
    • Ability to work in night shifts and handle pressure effectively
    • Basic computer knowledge and typing speed of 25-30 WPM
    • Strong interpersonal skills and customer-centric mindset
