Job Description

You will:

Ensure the sale of parts & service
Follow the client portfolio
Achieve sales targets defined by management in terms of turnover and margin
Acquire new customers and retain existing ones

Your responsibilities as an Aftersales Representative will be:

Welcoming customers / understanding of their needs
Visit reports on CM
Respond quickly to customer requests
Develop dealer parts and service revenue
Ensure rigorous monitoring of key accounts
Prospecting, developing and retaining customers
Track current customer orders
Develop sales of standard exchange parts while ensuring the return of used parts (core management)
Maintain ongoing competitive intelligence through reporting
Promote offers, promotions and after-sales service packages
Promote the sale of different maintenance contracts and Volvo Connect
Collect customer invoices in close collaboration with the collection department
Follow-up on cash on delivery in coordination with the collection department
Participate in collections meetings and monitor the status of payments in the client portfolio
Comply with Volvo Group standards and values
