    • Sales & Business Development
    • Promote and sell company products to potential customers in the assigned stores/territory.
    • Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Collaborate with distributors/retail partners to maximize coverage and availability of products.
    • Product Promotion & Awareness
    • Showcase products to customers and educate them about key features, usage, and benefits.
    • Conduct in-store demonstrations, sampling, and promotional activities to create excitement and attract buyers.
    • Distribute leaflets, brochures, or other promotional materials to boost awareness and interest.
    • Customer Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with store owners, staff, and customers.
    • Understand customer needs, resolve queries, and ensure excellent service to drive repeat business.
    • Gather and share customer feedback to help improve products and services.
    • Merchandising & Store Management
    • Ensure proper display of products and maintain planogram standards for maximum visibility.
    • Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely refilling of shelves to avoid stock-outs.
    • Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of product display areas and promotional setups.
    • Reporting & Coordination
    • Coordinate with the sales team to share updates on stock status, sales performance, and market issues
    • Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, promotions, and customer interactions.
    • Provide actionable insights and feedback to management for strategic planning.
