Job Description

    Backend(Senior Csharp Developer) -IQ/0116
    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
    • 5 years of professional experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem.
    • 5 years of hands-on MSSQL Server development: advanced T-SQL, stored procedures, functions, triggers, indexing, and query performance tuning SQL depth is the single most important requirement and will be assessed first.
    • Demonstrated experience designing relational data models and working with large, messy, multi-source datasets, including profiling, cleansing, and reconciling data.
    • Proficiency with Claude Code is mandatory must be actively using it in real production work and able to demonstrate how they direct it and validate its output. Experience limited to GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar autocomplete tools does not satisfy this requirement.
    • Demonstrated code review experience: able to read unfamiliar code, evaluate applications, identify issues, and articulate solutions in writing.
    • Experience building ETL or data-integration processes (SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or equivalent) and automating recurring manual processes end to end.
    • Experience gathering requirements directly from non-technical business stakeholders and translating them into working tools.
    • Demonstrated ability to work under minimal supervision a track record of owning features or systems from requirements handoff through production.
    • Preferred: Experience with Azure (Functions, Blob Storage, Application Insights, serverless architectures).
    • Preferred: Windows Services and scheduled tasks.
    • Preferred: Reporting and BI experience (SSRS, Power BI, or similar).
    • Preferred: RESTful APIs using JSON and XML.
    • Preferred: Source-controlled database change management (DACPAC, Flyway, EF migrations, or similar).
    • Experience with Git version control.
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
    • Proven ability to take initiative and be innovative.
    • Good organizational skills, with a disciplined approach to implementation, support, and documentation.
