This position will be responsible for contacting, qualifying, and growing new business as well as maintain long-term relationships with existing customers of Nividous and managing a team of sales account managers.Designation:- Business ManagerWork Location:- Gurugram / MumbaiResponsibilities:Meet or exceed thresholds pertinent to success as define by sales goals & objectives.Build and manage sales pipeline & be an individual contributor in addition to building/managing sales team.Articulate and effectively communicate Nividous value proposition to prospect leadership, including C-level leadership.Day to day management of existing accounts to expand Nividous footprint.Lead efforts to up sell Nividous Intelligent Automation platform licenses and services.Be responsible for preparation of customer proposals in collaboration with internal teams.Negotiate and close deals in timely manner keeping quarterly targets in mind.Use consultative skills and technical knowledge to develop and maximize sales opportunities.Build excellent relationship with partner community to identify opportunities and expand pipeline.Generate and execute sales campaign ideas and maximize sales funnel.Requirements:Minimum Bachelors degree.10 years of prior sales experience in software services industry.Prior experience of selling Enterprise Software such as BPM (Business Process Management), RPA (Robotics Process Automation), ERP, ESB, BI, Enterprise Portal.Demonstrated leadership skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills as well as outstanding presentation and organizational skills.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quota on quarterly basis.Extremely good time management skills.Ability to overcome hurdles to advance sales cycle for timely closure.Proficiency using mainstream PC applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM solutions such as salesforce.comCompensation:Industry standard;Fixed Variable (linked to yearly revenue quota)Relevant Products/Services experience:RPABPM, BAW, BPA, iBPMSAI/ML, IDP, iOCRERPCRMTotal positions:- 1Key skills- Must have field sales experience in enterprise software sales, Consultative sales, etc.CTC Max - experience x 3Upto 50 lacs Fixed VariableWork Location: 1) Business Manager- MumbaiNotice period:- immediate to max 15 daysNividious Software Solutions| www.nividous.comKindly Fill the question _What kind of products & services they have sold And followed up about their understanding of the products / Services.If they have changed their products/services too frequently, I asked about the reason behind the same.How many new clients they have onboarded in the recent & last companies (In Indian market)Followed up with what difficulties they have faced during the process What was their annual target of last 3 years Followed with whether they were able to achieve the same or not What is the highest value of deal they have closed and have they managed large size (more than INR 5000 Cr. in revenue) customers Do they experience in inside sales/field sales/both Territory Domestic/InternationalIndustries catered.Poonam Tripathi| HR RecruiterMobile: hidden_mobilepoonam@montekservices.com
