Job Description

    Business Development Manager / Senior ManagerLocation: Navi MumbaiEducation: BachelorsExperience: Minimum 7 years of sales experience into BPO- Business Development with excellent social and communication/ writing skills to deliver impeccable results.Roles and Responsibilities:* Solid outsourced Contact Centre or BPO management experience with inbound, outbound, chat and email* Experience in a sales leadership (Hunter role). BFSI domain (Collection preferred).
    • Identifying potential areas for growth for New and current clients
    * Identifying where improvements can be made and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals* Identifying and cultivating new business opportunities through phone prospecting, marketing and industry relationships* Pro-actively conducting research on potential client and industry marketing opportunities* Contract negotiation* Managing directory, CXOs listings and sponsorship opportunities* Increase pipeline generation* Ownership of deals and systems tools* Effectively leverage supporting resources in the sales process with the spirit of teamwork and cooperation* Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities and providing detailed sales forecasting.Job Location - MumbaiImmediate joiner or lesser notice period preferred.interested candidate please share the updated Resume atElizabeth.Bincy@conneqtcorp.com
