    1. Administrative Support:
      • Manage the MD/CEOs calendar, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
      • Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence as needed.
      • Handle all follow-ups, ensuring timely task completion by team members and external stakeholders.
      • Maintain and organize important documents and records.
    2. Personal Support:
      • Assist with personal tasks as required, such as travel arrangements, personal purchases, and errands.
    3. Communication:
      • Act as a liaison between the MD/CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
      • Draft and manage professional correspondence with accuracy and clarity.
    4. Technology & Tools:
      • Use MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to create, analyze, and manage documents and reports.
      • Leverage technology for efficient task management and communication.
    5. Confidentiality & Integrity:
      • Handle all matters with the highest level of honesty and discretion.
      • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business and personal matters.
    Other details:
    • Working time- 9 hrs (starting from 9.30 am, but depending upon the availability of thedirector the candidate has to be in the office)
    • Working days- Monday to Saturday with Alternate Sats off (rest Sats work from home)
    • Benefits- PF, Insurance, Gratuity.
    • Travel is not involved (will be working in thecorporate office)
    • Education- Graduation from secretarial college is 1stpreference, but it isopen for other graduates as well if good work experience.
    • Work Location- Colaba (would prefer candidates residing nearby)
