Job Description

1. Take accountability to service and develop the Banca Channel.
2. Managing existing Bancassurance Tie-up of the territory.
3. Provide end to end solutions to Banca partners thereby ensuring that service
level commitments are met.
4. Responsible for achieving the top line targets thru banca partners.
5 Conversion of Bancassurance IMDs and providing services.
6 Monitoring the Business MIS.
7 Covering all the Bank branches of the Territory as per allocation
Open to take up new initiatives and responsibilities
Self Motivated
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
Good negotiation skills
Understanding of Insurance Products
package: up to 4. Lac
Qualification - Graduation
Experience - Above 2- 4 years in Insurance Industry and preferred from BancassuranceChannel.
Preferred Industry - Insurance / Bank
Experience of working with Bank / NBFC in previous role is preferred
