Job Description

Technical WriterExperience: 1 to 8 yearsManage the document development life cycle independentlyCreate, develop, plan, write and edit operational, instructional publications.Contribute to the timely design, production, and delivery/completion of product documentation and document sets.Write, review and produce single books or individual chapters, appendices, etc. of product user documentation and/or courseware.Obtain data and information from the appropriate source such as SMEs, QAs, technical staff and exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.Produce, review, re-write content supporting the product applications and be able to troubleshoot issues and research solutionsDisplay understanding of roles, processes, and procedures.Perform moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes.Education/ExperienceCandidate Requirement:Any graduate with 3-5 years of experience in technical writingStrong written and oral communication skillsKnowledge of technical writing concepts and industry-standard style guides for documentationProficiency in Postman, Draw.io, Lucid Charts, Swagger, JIRA, and Microsoft WordKnowledge of REST or DOT NET APIsKnowledge of Banking and Finance domainsExperience in Agile waterfall methodology would be an added advantage
