    • Claims Intake and Verification:Receive and review claims submitted by customers, ensuring all required documentation and information are complete and accurate. Verify claim details against relevant accounts or policies.
    • Claims Processing:Process claims in a timely manner, ensuring adherence to company procedures, legal requirements, and industry best practices. Evaluate and assess claim validity based on provided evidence and coverage eligibility.
    Qualifications : HSC / GRADUATEExperience :
    • 1yr International Bpo experience is mandatory.
    Skills :
    • Excellent Communication - English
    • Ability to handle sensitive customer information with confidentiality.
    • Strong customer service and communication skills.
    • Knowledge of fraud detection and risk management procedures.
