Job Description

    Minimum Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/ BSc.Eng. in Power Systems, Instrumentation, Electronics.Experience: Minimum 12-years industrial experience delivering projects and/or products to customers in Energy & Utilities segmentRegion: North (Delhi) / West (Mubai / Pune)Objective/Purpose:The Leader BD & Marketing hunts for business opportunities, define market trends, prepare and maintain product/solution brochures, effectively collects customer needs, converts the opportunities to effectively deliver business roadmap, work with the technology/Segment team to transfer customer needs, validate technology solutions from a market adequacy perspective and develop & maintain an up-to-date project/opportunity pipeline.Key Responsibilities:
    • Continuously assess target markets for new business opportunities and
    • Continuously assess potential customers and customer requirement and
    • Transfer customer needs to technology
    • Validate technology features from a market
    • Engage with customers to propose solutions and to gather customer
    • Prepare and maintain material illustrating solution characteristics, benefits, applications and other typical descriptions facilitating internal and external stakeholder interactions including management consolidated
    • Continuously prepare reports on market and customer
    • Prepare and maintain a suitable business roadmap identifying business opportunities and volumes over
    • Mentoring team members and grow them in
    • Working with customers to identify and solve power systems issues using our software solutions, while ensuring that any REX is used for feeding/prioritizing future
    • Participating in technical visits, workshops, conferences, trade shows and delivery of customer/stakeholder training according to the specific case and
    • Acting in the best interests of the company at all times.
    • Performing such other tasks as are consistent with the position and in the support of the head of your
    Technical Expertise:
    • Required:
      • Microgrids and energy storage
      • smart grids, IIoT, and cybersecurity
      • in algorithm/process design and
      • Excellentcommunication
    • Desired:
      • Demonstrated successful experience in a leadership role.
      • Sound technical understanding and experience in at least three of the following:
        • ADMS
        • Control Centre.
        • Power system stability;
        • Steady-state and dynamic modelling of power systems
        • Electrical energy
        • Wide-area monitoring and Control;
        • Power system operation.
        • EV Charging Infra Solutions
      • Control and communication technology savvy in field
      • General knowledge on forecasting techniques (DER, energy markets).
