Job Description

    Technical Business AnalystCreating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business. Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. Evaluate, test and recommend new opportunities for enhancing our software, hardware and ITprocesses. Documenting like BRD, FRD, SRS and communicating the results of Candidate efforts. Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine asnecessary. Design work flow diagrams, data flow and execute A/B testing procedures to extract data from test runs. Evaluate and draw conclusions from data related to customer behavior. Consult with the executive team and the IT department on the newest technology and its implications inthe industry.Education/Experience Must have depth knowledge of any IT software service domain Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detailExperience using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)4 years experience
