Lead business development, channel development, and sales activities for Inverter/Solar products. Formulate and implement pricing and other commercial policies, including those for channel partners. Recruit and manage the sales team across various locations, including planning, reviews, and target monitoring. Support design, quality, engineering, manufacturing, and customer teams with technical and business inputs. Participate in seminars, exhibitions, and other promotional events. Conduct training and mentoring based on identified needs. Promote the use of IT, apps, and mobile communication to replace paper-based systems wherever applicable.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets PAN India. Lead a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and meet sales objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners within the region. Identify new business opportunities and work with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to stay competitive. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to senior management. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve issues or complaints promptly. Provide leadership and strategic direction, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.RequirementsBachelors degree or Diploma in Engineering. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. In-depth knowledge of inverters, industrial equipment, machinery manufacturing industry, and market trends. Experience in sales markets. Willingness to travel as needed within the assigned region.
