Job Description

    1. Order Processing:
    • Receive and process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Coordinate with production, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely order fulfilment.
    • Track order progress and communicate updates to customers.
    1. Customer Support:
    • Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and provide information about products, services, and order status.
    • Address customer concerns and resolve issues to maintain positive relationships.
    • Sales Support:
    • Assist the sales team in preparing and organizing sales presentations and proposals.
    • Generate and maintain sales reports, track key performance indicators, and analyze data to identify trends.
    1. Communication:
    • Liaise between sales, production, and other internal departments to facilitate effective communication.
    • Keep the sales team informed about product availability, lead times, and any potential issues.
    1. Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate and organized sales records, including contracts, agreements, and customer correspondence.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
    1. Quotation Preparation:
    • Assist in preparing price quotations and proposals for customers.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to determine pricing strategies.
    1. Market Research:
    • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to support the sales teams strategy.
