Job Description

    Job descriptionTo explaining the offerings of the store, assisting them in choosing the jewelry and completing the sales transactions.Receive the customer reivew and engage with the customer to understand the customers requirement.1. Experience in Jewellery Industry is must.2. Must be effective in customer handling, customer service.3. Maintain safety of jewellery displayed to the customer.4. Handling and resolving customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.5. Inform customers about new designs, schemes, and offers to promote sales andcustomer engagement.6. Presenting and selling of products/services using well - mannered communication skills toexisting and prospective customers.7. Cross-sell products within the store to enhance the customer experience.8. Manage returns of merchandise and service our loyalty program clients9. Responsible for all point of sales activities in the showroom.
