The organization is known for its strong presence in multiple therapeutic segments and its commitment to innovation and quality.Role OverviewWe are looking for a seasoned and strategic SBU Head Sales & Marketing to lead the Orthopaedic Division. This is a high-impact leadership role with full P&L ownership, responsible for driving revenue, market expansion, and organizational growth.Key Responsibilities
    • P&L Leadership: Own and drive top-line and bottom-line performance of the business unit.
    • Sales Execution: Oversee national sales operations through ZSMs, RSMs, and ASMs.
    • Strategic Marketing: Lead brand strategy, lifecycle planning, and promotional campaigns.
    • Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team.
    • Market Development: Explore untapped geographies and therapy segments.
    • Product Portfolio: Coordinate with R&D and regulatory teams for product innovation and launches.
    • KOL Engagement: Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders and industry stakeholders.
    • Competitive Analysis: Track market trends and competitor strategies proactively.
    Candidate Profile
    • Demonstrated success in P&L management within the Indian pharmaceutical market.
    • Strong experience in field force leadership, therapy segmentation, and brand management.
    • Excellent people management, communication, and strategic planning skills.
    Qualifications
    • Education: Bachelors in Science or Pharmacy; MBA in Marketing is preferred.
    • Experience: Minimum 18 years in pharma sales & marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
