Job Description

    Job Title: Senior Service Desk ExecutiveIndustry: Jewellery Location: Prabhadevi, Mumbai Experience: 2 years Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Maintain and regularly update inventory and sales records to ensure accurate tracking of stock and sales data.
    • Reconcile actual stock balances against system-generated stock reports and initiate necessary adjustments for any discrepancies.
    • Manage and maintain orders and requirements, ensuring efficient planning and fulfillment of orders.
    • Track and update order statuses, maintain order buckets, and ensure timely order processing.
    • Troubleshoot quantity discrepancies between physical stock and recorded data, investigating and resolving issues to maintain accuracy.
    Skills Required:
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) for creating detailed reports and managing data, both digitally and in hard copy.
    • Ability to develop and implement efficient inventory management procedures to streamline operations.
    • Strong forecasting skills to predict supply and demand requirements and ensure adequate stock availability.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills for resolving stock discrepancies and optimizing inventory management.
    • Ability to perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
